We ship by weight and zone rate. This means tha every item in the store has a certain weight which is used to calculate which freight cost interval your order will fall into.
There are three shipping zones. The first is Norway, the second is Europe, the third spans the rest of the world. We have a low freight cost policy, so that anyway where you order from, you will never have to spend a lot of money on shipping.
All freight costs are added to your order when you check out.
If you have any problems with any of the items you receive, we will ofcourse do a refund or send you a new item. |
