19.08.10: TOUR WITH TAAKE ++ IN OCTOBER/NOVEMBER

Norway's DARK ESSENCE RECORDS has today announced the dates for its 2010 tour, which will feature four artists from its roster – TAAKE, HELHEIM, VULTURE INDUSTRIES and SULPHUR. The tour is due to start on the 28th October for eleven dates and this year aims to cover some of the countries and cities which most of the bands involved have rarely, if ever, played in.

Saturday 06 - Božkov, Hospoda Pod Kopcem, Plzen, Czech Republic
Sunday 07 – K17, Berlin, Germany

All four bands on this year's tour are based in Bergen, home of DARK ESSENCE RECORDS itself.

07.08.10: AASGARDS FALL WILL BE RELEASED IN OCTOBER

Aasgards Fall will be released in October and immediately followed up by a european tour early November.

The MCD contains five tracks:
1. Aasgards Fall 1
2. Aasgards Fall 2
3. Helheim Part
4. Jernskogen (remake)
5. Dualitet og Ulver

The fullength 'Heiðindómr ok mótgangr' has also already been recorded and will be relased in January 2011 together with a Live Helheim DVD.

07.08.10: NEW MUSIC VIDEO!

We are currently working on a grand music video for the title 'Dualitet og Ulver' from the MCD Aasgards Fall. This weekend we are doing most of the main shots up on the proud mountains surrounding Bergen city.

08.06.10: FIRST INTERNATIONAL APPEARANCE

A video from Helheim's first international appearance is available. The video is from Medewitz in Germany on 17th of May (Norway's national day) in 1996. The song is 'Gravlagt i Eljudne' from Nidr ok Nordr liggr Helvegr (our second demo) and Jormundgand (our first album). We just had to share this one!
